ThinkTop® BASIC 10-30 VDC PNP/NPN


IMPLEMENTATION
Alfa Laval ThinkTop® Basic has been designed to ensure optimum valve control when used with butterfly, single seat and Mixproof valves and is compatible with all major PLC systems (Programmable Logic Control Systems with PNP/NPN Interface).  It is used for food, dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical applications.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE
ThinkTop® Basic is a control head with indication units and a solenoid valve that is used to control pneumatic process valve. It is used to control and manage valves and installed on the valve. It receives signals to control the valve from the PLC system and sends feedback signal to the PLC system to indicate the status of the valve. The user makes a simple installation using the keyboard on the device to adapt the sensor card to a specific valve.
