Production
Borşen, which is a leader and pioneer in the production of Stainless Steel Seamed Tubes, first entered the sector in year 2006 with the production of T.I.G. welded seamed tubes. With our continuous innovative approach and investments, we continued achieving our growth targets by adding the first and largest capacity Laser welded tube production line in Turkey to our structure in year 2017.
Together with our other completed investments in
accordance with high technology, we offer special solutions to our customers
with our annual production capacity of 15,000 tons and provide quality products
for special projects all around the world. While we can also offer our
customers the annealed stainless seamed tube option with our Bright Annealing
unit integrated into our production line, we provide a reliable production
process by performing 100% Eddy Current testing in order to increase the
quality of our products.
We always prioritize customer satisfaction and
meticulously approach our Quality Control processes by attaching special
importance to them and maintain the highest standards in the sector. In order
to provide fast and timely solutions to our customers and to make the
production processes controllable, we slice the materials used in tube
production in our own Slitting factory and make them ready for tube production.
Technical Information
As Borşen Boru, we can produce tubes by using AISI 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 321 and 1.4462 quality duplex materials. The materials we use are offered to our customers as hot and cold rolled and comply with EN 10088 standard. Our T.I.G. and Laser options can be selected as welding methods and as per the request of our cıstomers, EN 10204-3.1 and EN 10204-3.2 certificates can be provided by us for tubes we produce.
