Welded (no method requirement) general purpose stainless steel tubes. This type types of tubes are generally manufactured as HF welded for lower cost production.

Welded and non-heat treated (non-annealed) stainless steel tubes

Stainless steel tubes used in welded construction. These tubes are also defined as “Ornamental Tubes” due to their decorative use. They are essentially HF welded low cost tubes and are definitely not recommended for use in processes.

Stainless steel tubes manufactured with EFW (electric fusion welding). During the manufacturing of these tubes, each tube undergoes radiography testing. (X-Ray Control). In this welding, both edges of the rolled sheet are heated by electrical resistance and brought to the melting point, and the welding process is completed with the help of welding filler material without applying any pressure.
