IMPLEMENTATION
Alfa  Laval  TJ 20G  rotary head allows 360° indexed impact washing during a certain time period. TJ 20G cleans in rotating movement with the pressure of the fluid, and ensured guaranteed cleaning. This device is used in beverage, food and dairy processes and many other industries, and is fit for processing, storage and shipping tanks from 15 to 150 m3.
Its award winning design is suitable for industries that require ultra hygiene according to the directives of European Hygienic Equipment Design Group. Dimensions/options are available in the CAS program which is used for tank cleaning equipment of Alfa Laval.


OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The flow of the cleaning fluid creates a rotation around the vertical and horizontal axes of nozzles. In the first round, the nozzles create a rough pattern on the tank surface. The next rounds make the mold gradually more dense until a complete pattern is formed after 8 rounds.

The drawings above demonstrate the pattern obtained on a cylindrical horizontal tank. The difference between the first round and full pattern represent the number of current additional rounds to increase density of cleaning.
