i-CP100 CENTRIFUGAL PUMP


APPLICATIONS

Alfa Laval i-CP100 pump has been designed for standard applications, such as transferring CIP solutions, applications in auxiliary processes, use of water in washing machines (processing, heating, cooling). i-CP100 is suitable for use in food, dairy, beverage and water industries.


STANDARD DESIGN

Alfa  Laval i-CP100 pump consists of a standard engine, shaft, mechanical packing, adapter, rear plate, propeller, pump body and shaft gasket. To allow easy CIP, the pump has been configured with fans with wide radii and easy-to-clean gaskets.  The pump engine protection is stainless steel and the body is supported with four adjustable pillars


SHAFT GASKETS

 Alfa Laval i-CP100 pump is available with single or double mechanical packing. All moving parts in the packing are AISI329 quality stainless steel and sealing is silicone carbide. Fixed gaskets are carbon. Packings with cooling water option (flush) have a secondary gasket.

Engine
Pillar flange engine by IEC metric standard,  2 poles = 3000/3600 RPM. (at 50/60 Hz), IP 55 (lubricating plug and discharge available), insulation class F.

Warranty
Alfa Laval i-CP100 pumps are warranted for 3 years. The warranty covers all non-corroding parts, provided that original Alfa Laval Spare Parts are used.
